In 1775, the Second Continental Congress was convened in Philadelphia with 56 men in attendance. During the next 6 years, these 56 Founders invented Freedom and more importantly they invented a System within which Freedom could thrive. We all therefore are the beneficiaries of the System put in place by those original 56 Founders.
The Freedom System invented by the Founders had never before existed anywhere in the history of the world. It is this System that has allowed Freedom to survive the countless challenges launched against it through the years between then and now.
The concept of a System applies to our networking business in the same way as the Founder’s Freedom System applies to our country. Just follow these tips for finding a training system that can be duplicated in network marketing.
An important factor in a duplicable system in network marketing is making sure that it is a system of education. The reason why this is important is because it allows regular folks to thrive in this relatively new Industry of Network Marketing by teaching specific “how-to” skills. One of these skills is how to protect yourself from scams and scamers who are running around dressed up like Network Marketers.
Another important consideration for a network marketing training system is that it is built on integrity and personal service. It’s critical that you have integrity and personal service business they produce competent, successful network marketers.
Instead of complicating your network marketing training system, create a program where the new or the unsuccessful network marketer can be coached by a team of volunteer professionals on the special skills every network marketer needs for Success.
The network marketing training system needs to be considered on-the-job training; as you are learning skills, You are building a business as well. A duplicable network marketing system allows you to mix some Success from Your business building efforts in with your Ph.D. Knowledge and become a Professional.
When I saw this video, I knew it was my Wordless Wednesday posting. It made me think of the Wright Brothers.
Napoleon Hill states in his book Think and Grow Rich that lack of persistence is one of the major causes of failure.
Although not the first to build and fly experimental aircraft, the Wright brothers were the first to invent aircraft controls that made fixed-wing flight possible in 1905.
Just think of how different our lives would be if the Wright Brothers had not been persistent in their dream of flying like the birds. Would we be able to travel over 3500 miles in less than 8 hours?
When I actually started my Network Marketing business, it wasn’t as easy to make a profit as I thought it would be. My upline taught me to talk to friends and family. I was told, “Just get them to our meeting or invite them for coffee to discuss an opportunity, share the “flip” presentation book and they’ll sign up.” It didn’t work that way. I’d get them to the meeting or Starbucks and they’d leave before the presentation was over.
I was struggling to build my Network Marketing Business. My self-esteem took a real beating. I felt totally guilty about all the money I was spending and struggled to get out of bed every day. I felt like a big failure and had pretty much given up on ever achieving any of my dreams.
My persistence in seeking answers, even though I was feeling just on the edge of giving up, lead me to seeking help on the internet.In the nick of time Mentoring for Free came into our lives.
I have had many personal struggles to overcome; however the support and training I found with Mentoring for Free has totally changed the direction of my Network Marketing business. I’ve learned to mentor others, listen to their dreams and believe in them until they can believe in themselves.
Hill also states that without persistence you will be defeated, even before you start. With persistence you will win. Fortunately persistence is a state of mind, therefore it can be cultivated.
