It seems like quite a small thing; to begin wondering which beliefs of yours are limiting, which thoughts shut out others, and which philosophies need updating. Slowly as you apply some critical thinking to your beliefs, you begin to understand which thoughts and philosophies are holding you back from you dreams.

Before you know it, you begin to feel the love that is inside your heart. You find yourself expressing your thoughts from the positive emotions of desire, faith, love, sex, enthusiasm, romance and hope. You begin to notice the amazing beauty of a sunset. You find yourself moving to the beat of a beautiful song. You easily and effortless express love to your loved ones. You relish the flavor of a delicious meal.  You catch yourself smiling for no reason.  Your days are filled with joy, love and laughter!

Oh my gosh that one small thing makes for the BIGGEST life changes!

I challenge you to take inventory of yourself and find out how many fears are standing in your way. Some of the symptoms of fear are jealousy, hatred, revenge, greed, superstition, lack and anger.

Napoleon Hill in his book Think and Grow Rich says there are six basic fears:

  • Poverty
  • Criticism
  • Ill Health
  • Loss of love of someone
  • Old Age
  • Death
